Tasks and Billings

Tasks and Billings will enable organizations to integrate time-tracking and project management tools like Toggl (for example, via the Toggl API) and billing tools like FreshBooks (for example, via the FreshBooks API) into robust, Drupal-based customer billing portal sites.

Some possible use cases include:

• Enable team members and contractors to log in or import time sheets from Toggl and approve them.
• Generate reports for managers and admins on team member productivity, level of project involvement, etc.
• Push approved time sheets into FreshBooks for use when billing clients or customers.
• Push tasks from Case Tracker (frequently used as part of Open Atrium) into Toggl to enable staff to quickly and easily track time spent on particular cases.
• Provide time estimates in Case Tracker cases, as well as compare them against actual time lapsed.
• Easily generate reports for clients on time spent per task, case, etc.
